Meet Our Director: Ash-Lee
My name is Ash-Lee, and I am honoured to be the Nominated Supervisor for Junior Einsteins – Blackbutt. I have taken on the role of Nominated Supervisor since June 2022 and have loved working along my fellow educators to build connections with our community, families and importantly, children.
Playing
With my prior experience in the early childhood industry, I have learnt that children learn most effectively when engaging in play. That is why we at Junior Einsteins – Blackbutt follow a play-based curriculum that allows children to further develop their skills and cultivate their creativity as they play within social environments.
Caring
Through my role as Nominated Supervisor, I provide children and their families with the best care and education. I achieve this by supporting and mentoring my fantastic team of educators, ensuring we have the resources to support individual children and their needs.
At Junior Einsteins – Blackbutt we have created 4 focus groups; The Mariyangs, The Wumbats, The Burumins and The Ganyi. These focus groups are organized and planned to ensure each individual child has the opportunity to engage in group and individualized planned learning experiences that reflect their current needs, interests and strengths.
