About Us
Junior Einsteins is a family-owned and operated early learning organisation specialising in quality care and education for children ages 6 weeks up to six years old. Junior Einsteins has been servicing the greater community of Shellharbour and its surrounding suburbs for over 18 years and are passionate about providing children with the skills and confidence to reach their full potential.
We understand that the first five years of a child's life are the most informative and influential in developing a solid sense of self and confidence. At Junior Einsteins, we intensely focus on educating our children holistically, supporting their social, emotional, and physical well-being as we create a foundation for future successes in children's learning.
In collaboration with other Early Childhood professionals, Junior Einsteins have developed and created "The Junior Program", which focuses on developing the most critical aspects of your child's development.

Junior Einsteins Philosophy
At Junior Einsteins Nurturing Centre children are at the core of everything we do, they are valued and respected as unique individuals who each bring their own diverse culture, community, family & knowledge into our service. We therefore believe that building respectful and reciprocal relationships through warm and responsive interactions allows children to be actively engaged in their environment & learning. Additionally, we at Junior Einsteins understand that children learn through play and it is through this ideology that educators create an aesthetically pleasing interest-based program that reflects children’s world, their knowledge, strengths & needs.

Junior Community
At Junior Einsteins, we have developed a Junior Community Program that supports children's involvement in their local community. Educators have devised this program to help children understand their reciprocal rights to community participation. Within our Junior Community Program, children can engage with and work alongside a range of community groups and organisations.
We have developed a partnership with; Guide Dogs Australia, where children build an understanding of this organisation, raise money, and share resources. At Junior Einsteins, the children also have the opportunity to engage in reciprocal relationships with our local nursing home, library, primary schools and other early learning centres. We also provide opportunities for children to visit community locations during excursions and learn from community members during visits to the centre.
Some of the exciting experiences delivered through our Junior Community Program include.
- Visiting the local shopping centre & businesses.
- Visiting the Science Centre/Discovery Centre.
- Visiting our local Woolworths store.
- Visiting our local Bunnings store.
- Inviting Healthy Harold into our centres
- Inviting reptiles, animal & sea creatures shows & experts into the centre.
All expenses associated with running and delivering our Junior Community Program are covered by the centre and at no additional cost to families.
