About Us

Junior Einsteins is a family-owned and operated early learning organisation that specialises in quality care and education for children aged two – five years. Junior Einsteins has been servicing the greater community of Shellharbour and its surrounding suburbs for over 16 years and are passionate about providing children with the skills and confidence to reach their full potential.

We understand that the first five years of a child’s life are the most informative and influential in developing a strong sense of self and confidence. At Junior Einsteins, we hold a strong focus on educating our children through a holistic approach, supporting their social, emotional, and physical wellbeing as we create a foundation for future successes in children’s learning.

In collaboration with other Early Childhood professionals, Junior Einsteins have developed and created “The Junior Program” that focuses on developing the most critical aspects of your child’s development.

The educators provide a welcoming and nurturing environment and the play based curriculum is exceptional with every child’s unique capabilities recognised and cared for.

Junior Einsteins is a small family-owned early learning organisation established in 2007. Karina, Paul and Georgina Borg have owned and operated Junior Einsteins for over 16 years. Karina has a background in Early Childhood Education and as an Early Childhood Teacher, she uses her profound knowledge of the industry to design and create learning centres that uphold and reflect the core values of Junior Einsteins.

Our Educational Leader, Nyomi, has been a part of the Junior Einsteins team since 2016. She is passionate about early education and strives to support our educators to create, embed and support quality curriculums and programs to support children’s learning, growth, and development. Nyomi is our network Educational Leader as she works between both our Blackbutt and Flinders centres.

Jessica has been a valued part of the Junior Einsteins team since 2013. Jessica thrives within her role as Educational Leader and has a strong passion for curriculum planning as she creates innovative ways to improve and better children’s learning. Jessica is also passionate in the development and training of new and existing educators to provide a curriculum that is of the highest standard and quality.
