Junior Einsteins - Flinders
Junior Einsteins in Flinders is a purposefully built quality Child Care Centre near the football fields on Jindabyne Road. We are an early learning Centre that aims to enrich and educate your children. As a one-room Child Care Centre, Junior Einsteins in Flinders caters to children aged two to five years. Located near Shellharbour Village, we have community access to the beach, local schools, community spots and the Village to extend children's learning and involvement in our community.
At our childcare centre, we work with children between the ages of two and five. We understand this is a crucial developmental time when children gain essential skills and begin forming their worldviews. It is also an excellent time for children to learn to connect with mentors and peers in a supportive and fun environment.
Our early learning program is designed to create educational opportunities by helping children harness their interests and gain confidence in their abilities. We appreciate each child's unique personality and are excited to help them grow with the new experiences we can provide at our early learning centre.

Meet Our Director: Melissa Inskip
My name is Melissa, and I am the proud Nominated Supervisor at Junior Einsteins – Flinders. Many years ago, I began working for our company as a primary educator at Junior Einsteins – Blackbutt. I then took upon a new and challenging role at Junior Einsteins – Flinders as the Nominated Supervisor in 2010.

Strong Community
Over many years of experience, I have learnt that building a strong sense of community through welcoming environments is paramount to children's success. Therefore, I support my educators to make strong connections between children, families, and our local community.

Interest-Based
I am passionate about supporting children's learning and development. I achieve this by guiding and helping my team develop an interest-based program focusing on children's interests, needs and strengths.
Educational Leader: Flinders
Early Childhood Teacher
Our Educational Leader, Vanessa, has participated in the Junior Einsteins team since 2023. She is passionate about early education and strives to support our educators to create, embed and support quality curriculums and programs to support children's learning, growth, and development. Vanessa is our network Educational Leader who works between our Blackbutt and Flinders centres.

Tailored Learning Experiences
At Junior Einsteins – Flinders, we have created four focus groups: The Mariyangs, The Burumins and The Ganyi.
